Our early childhood program is specifically designed to teach dance based on a child’s physical, emotional and cognitive development. The classes will capture your child’s imagination with themes like mermaids, flamingos, fairies, sea creatures, kangaroo’s and more whist learning the foundation of beginning ballet and musicality in a fun and nurturing environment.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in to her trial lesson. We recommend tights and a singlet/t-shirt, please do not purchase anything as we do ask if you join, that you purchase the MNM uniform. If she already owns ballet and tap shoes she is welcome to wear them or alternatively, a pair of joggers/runners will be perfect.

MNM is a Licensed Leap ‘N Learn Dance Studio.
This early childhood program is specifically designed to teach dance based on a child’s physical, emotional and cognitive development. Leap ’N Learn classes will capture your child’s imagination with themes like mermaids, flamingos, fairies, sea creatures, kangaroo’s and more whist learning the foundation of beginning ballet and musicality in a fun and nurturing environment.
Developed by the renowned master teacher Beverly Spell and esteemed child psychologist Dr. Annie Spell, this syllabus merges the best of ballet technique with the magic of imaginative play. It’s all about fostering a joyful atmosphere where young dancers can thrive, tapping into their natural cognitive and neural growth. Join us in creating a nurturing space where learning feels easy, convenient, and, above all, full of belonging. Dive into the world of dance with us today.
Our focus is on the basic elements of :
- Physical space and how we relate to it as an individual and group member
- Locomotor and non-locomotor movements
- Musical awareness
- Opposites, directions and pathways
- Elementary positions and movements of ballet
- Elementary positions and movements of tap
We integrate the intellectual concepts of :
- Self awareness

- Basic body and health awareness
Your child will also learn the basics of classroom behavior and manners, which include learning how to take turns, following another dancer or leading the way, waiting patiently, working together with others, and having a positive attitude.
