Miss Hayley's love for MNM runs deep — she first walked through these doors as a six year old herself, and she never really left.

That journey from tiny student to beloved teacher says everything about the kind of place MNM is, and the kind of teacher Hayley has become.

Her classes are filled with warmth, laughter and that gentle, joyful energy that makes every child feel completely at home. Every student in her class feels truly seen, supported and valued.

Fun fact: Miss Hayley has a very serious, completely unashamed love of chocolate. Consider yourself warned.

Miss Sophie is the warm, familiar face that greets you and your little one the moment you walk through the door. Honestly, she makes the whole experience feel easy from the very first hello.

As Studio Administrator, Sophie is the heart behind the scenes. She keeps everything running smoothly so that your family's experience at MNM feels simple, welcoming and completely stress-free. Whether you have a question about enrolments, need help finding your way around, or just want a friendly chat, she's always there with a genuine smile and a kind word.

What makes Sophie so special is the way she remembers the details. Your child's name, your family's story, the little things that make you feel like you truly belong here. That sense of warmth and connection isn't accidental. It's just who she is.

Fun fact: Sophie will never say no to a fresh set of nails, sparkles and pastels only, naturally. She's part cheerleader, part organiser, and just a little bit fairy godmother, and she loves every second of it.

Miss Mishl created this studio with one simple dream — to build a place where every child walks through the door and feels like they truly belong. From the moment she greets your little one by name, to the way she designs every class to feel like a magical adventure, everything she does comes from a place of genuine love for this community and the children in it.

As Studio Director, she leads the MNM team with warmth, vision and an unwavering belief that every child deserves to feel seen, valued and celebrated — not just as a dancer, but as a person.

She teaches Tiny Tots, Tap and Adults, and brings the same joyful energy and nurturing spirit to every single class, every single week.

Fun fact: She cannot start the day without a large coffee, has a deep love of sparkles, and will never apologise for knowing every word to every Disney song.
