At MNM Creating and Performing in Baulkham Hills, the Leadership and Vocational Programs give teen dancers a genuine career pathway in dance teaching and performing arts leadership. Both programs lead to nationally recognised qualifications and real, hands-on experience in a nurturing studio environment.
The Programs
ASPIRE PROGRAM
CUA30320 – Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching
The Aspire Program is the perfect first step for high school students who feel ready to lead, support and inspire others in the studio.
Through hands-on vocational dance training in Baulkham Hills, you'll build real skills in class planning, safe dance practice and student support, all in a nurturing environment where growth feels joyful, not overwhelming.
Who it’s for:
Year 8–10 students
Emerging assistant teachers
Dancers curious about a future in teaching
What's included:
2 x weekly dance classes
Fortnightly mentoring sessions with MNM or CDC educators
3 x private lessons
A 2-day in-person workshop in Canberra with industry professionals
All concert, costume and uniform inclusions
Potential school credit points (at your school's discretion, in line with the NSW Board of Secondary School Studies)
All inclusive: $79 per week
ELEVATE PROGRAM
CUA40320 – Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management
Ready to take the next step in your dance career pathway? The Elevate Program is for senior students who are serious about leading their own classes, understanding the business of dance and building a future they're truly proud of.
You'll develop the skills to create lesson plans, communicate with families, lead groups with confidence and understand what it takes to run a professional studio environment, all supported by experienced educators who genuinely care about where you're headed.
Who it’s for:
Year 10 students and above
Emerging dance educators in Sydney and the Hills District
Dancers with real ambitions in teaching or studio management
What's included:
2 x weekly dance classes
Fortnightly mentoring sessions with MNM or CDC educators
6 x private lessons
A 2-day in-person workshop in Canberra with industry professionals
All concert, costume and uniform inclusions
Potential school credit points (at your school's discretion, in line with the NSW Board of Secondary School Studies)
All inclusive: $99 per week

The Dance Step Program
The Dance Step Program is designed exclusively for MNM Performance Team members aged 10 and up who are ready to grow beyond the stage.
This isn't just about dancing well. It's about becoming someone others look up to. Performance Team students develop communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence and the confidence to lead, all within the warm and belonging-focused MNM community in Baulkham Hills.
Through structured training and mentorship, the Dance Step Program builds performing arts leadership skills that go far beyond technique and last a lifetime.
Designed for dancers 10 years and up, the program helps students:
Serve as positive role models in class and the studio
Build leadership and confidence
Learn advanced performance and technical skills
Take part in meaningful studio activities that nurture personal growth
